The Multiannual research programme 2025–2028 is implemented through the following operational activities.
Activity
Working conditions and sustainable work is one of Eurofound's main operational activities for its 2025–2028 programme. Building on the past 50 years of research, Eurofound continues to operate as a centre of expertise for monitoring and analysing developments in working conditions and job quality across the EU Member States, most recently via the European Working Conditions Survey 2024.

Industrial relations and social dialogue is one of Eurofound's main operational activities for its 2025–2028 programming period. Building on the past 50 years of research, Eurofound continues to function as a centre of expertise for monitoring and analysing developments in industrial relations and social dialogue at European and national levels and promoting dialogue between management and labour.

Employment and labour markets is one of Eurofound's main operational activities for its 2025–2028 programming period. Building on the past 50 years of research, Eurofound continues to provide knowledge to identify structural changes in the labour market and to inform employment policies to improve the functioning and inclusiveness of a rapidly changing labour market.

Living conditions and quality of life is one of Eurofound's main operational activities for the 2025–2028 programming period. Building on the past 50 years of research, Eurofound continues to monitor living conditions, cohesion and convergence in Europe, aiming to map and analyse key elements for the improvement of living conditions, including people’s perceptions of quality of life and society.
