Mattanja de Boer

Mattanja de Boer heads up the team responsible for Organisational Support in Eurofound. Responsibilities include project and process management, procurement, organisational performance reporting and evaluation. She is also the Agency's coordinator for internal control and risk management. She started in Eurofound's Information and Communication department to develop its publishing activities, benefiting from her time with Wolters Kluwer publishing house in various management roles. Mattanja holds an MSc in Educational Sciences from Utrecht University and an MBA (Hons) from Grenoble Ecole de Management (GEM).
