On Friday, 12 June 2026 Eurofound invited its neighbours and the local community to join us for our Open Day 2026 in Ireland’s only EU Agency, Eurofound. This year, we were celebrating ‘Ireland in the European Union’, showcasing how our work helps to shape better living and working conditions across the European Union.

Event background

Participants were able to:

  • Learn more about our work at Eurofound

  • Explore the grounds of our 17th century Loughlinstown House

  • Meet the team, chat with our diverse staff from 21 different EU Member States

  • Visit the exhibitions of our partners and collaborators

  • Enjoy a coffee and croissant, and complimentary BBQ lunch
